I firmly believe that if you want to stay healthy, staying away from doctors as much as possible is a great plan. The majority of “doctors” seem to be little more than pill pushers handing out prescriptions for every little problem imaginable as well as health problems that only exist as a result of the imagination of pharmaceutical companies. Yes, your health is big business and, like most corporations, the bottom line takes precedence over your health.
Since the pharmaceutical companies won their right to advertise, it seems that’s all we see during the commercial breaks. Feeling depressed, run down, tired? Have a headache? A sore back? Or maybe your hair is falling out? The pharmaceutical industry is here to help, “just ask your doctor about our wonderful new product called [insert drug here]“. Have you noticed many of these ads spend 10 seconds yapping about the wonderful world that awaits you if you take their product and 20 seconds reading a book about the possible side effects?
How is it that so many of us have come to depend on the massively wealthy and powerful pharmaceutical industry? Why don’t more people study alternative health care? It’s gotten to the point where those that are aware of healthy alternatives to poisonous pills are risking law suits and prison terms for denting the profit margin of the big players. Take Dr. Harry Hoxsey for example. He used to cure certain types of cancer in clinics around the U.S. until the AMA (American Medical Administration) took him to court and stopped his practice. He relocated to Mexico and fired up a clinic there that was taken over by his head nurse when he died. Her sister took it over when she died. What does it cost to be treated for cancer? The last i knew it cost nothing if you can’t afford it. There are many similar stories regarding cancer, AIDS, viruses, hepatitis, herpes, you name it.
