ZDN EXCLUSIVE - Browns Arrested: Fed's Win?

It was a sad day for me. I was told by someone listening to the radio this morning that the Browns had been arrested, bringing the 9 month stand-off to an abrupt end. My first thought was that a firefight likely occurred and there were sure to be casualties. I expected to learn that Ed and Elaine, both in their 60's, had been shot in a bloody battle. Upon getting on-line, i was very surprised to learn that, apparently, no fight took place at all because they were arrested by 2 US marshals posing as supporters. Simply put, they were snookered. It seems strange that no one else was with them as every time i've been there were always people around, either just visiting for a few hours or staying for a few days or longer. The feds win this round for sure, but i think the battle is far from over.

The Browns have a lot of supporters, both seen and unseen. It will be very interesting to follow this story as it develops. For now, i'm just awful glad they weren't killed.
