ZDN EXCLUSIVE - BREAKING: US Marshals In Position At Ed And Elaine Brown Home

US Marshals have blocked access to the home of Ed and Elaine Brown, federal income tax truthers who rightfully refuse to pay a slavery tax on their labor.

Sometime earlier today, possibly before 11:23 AM EST, US Marshals blocked Center of Town Road, Plainfield, New Hampshire, the dead-end road leading to the home of Ed and Elaine Brown.

Details are sketchy at this point, but it appears at least one supporter, Lauren Canario, was arrested.

Randy Weaver said he thinks her arraignment is scheduled for Monday.

Lauren was there with her husband who released a statement about the incident her. She and her husband were stopped by law enforcement (LE) on their way to the Brown home. They turned around and parked at the bottom of the road. At some point Lauren decided to walk to the home and was arrested and transported away by LE. LE also seized a car owned by Kat Kanning, journalist for the Keene Free Press. The reason given was that her registration had expired. Although LE had the legal right to seize the car, they often don't go that far (i was pulled over years ago with an expired registration, license, inspection sticker and no muffler by a state police officer who then let me go (probably didn't want to bother with all that paper work).

Other protesters have gathered near the Brown home, as well as other locations in and around Plainfield and/or Concord. I would imagine many of them had planned to attend the gathering. Journilist Matt Kazee (spelling?) asked Plainfield sheriff Michael Prozzo about their Constitutional right to protest, or something to that effect, and was told that that right no longer applies here. The exchange is on a video which is being transported to NYC as i write this. It should be released tonight or tomorrow at the latest.

A gathering was schuled at the Brown's today for supporters. I had planned to attend, then changed my mind at the last minute. The event was postponed i'm sure.

The marshals are handing out notices to anyone driving through (there are other homes along the road). The notice reads:

Notice
In the criminal case of US v Ed and Elaine Brown, the defendants were convicted in the US district court of federal crimes for which they are now subject to a federal warrant of arrest. Therefore, regarding the above captioned criminal action,

You are hereby notified that:
1. By order of the US District Court, no one may enter or remain on the property known as 401 Center of Town Road, Plainfield, New Hampshire which is the defendants' residence, without the express authorization of the US Marshals "Service" or its designee.
2. Whoever enters or remains on the property without the express authorization of the US Marshals and or refuses to leave the property may be criminally prosecuted see 18 USC 111 (assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers or employees), 402 (contempt constituting crimes, 1501 (assault on a process server) and 1509 (obstruction of court orders).
3. Whoever, knowing that an offense against the US has been committed by these defendants, receives, relieves, comforts, or assists both or either defendant in order to hinder or prevent their apprehension, trial or punishment, shall be criminally prosecuted as an accessory to their crimes after the fact, in violation of 18 USC 3.

The War Crimes Case Against George Bush and his Minions

Iraq is a crime scene --Bush's crime scene where the evidence against him is found. A war of naked aggression, what Bush did to Iraq is a capital crime under US Codes, prohibited by the Nuremberg Principles which loom like a specter over his criminal administration.

PBS's NOW: Personal battles of U.S. soldiers in Iraq and their families at home

We first met the Third Infantry's First Brigade from Georgia's Ft. Stewart in a NOW show broadcast last January, only weeks before they headed back to Iraq for the third deployment in four years. As the long months of the "surge" unfold, we see them fighting an elusive enemy that prefers roadside bombs to pitched battles, while back at home their newborns become toddlers, and birthdays and anniversaries come and go.

U.S. may end up with even more troops in Iraq

Bush approved the redeployment of five Army combat brigades and three Marine contingents between now and July 2008, but that does not account for thousands of support forces - including military police and an Army combat aviation brigade - that were sent as "enablers" and that apparently will stay longer.

Proxy war could soon turn to direct conflict, analysts warn

US-Iranian tensions have mounted significantly in the past few days, with heightened rhetoric on both sides and the US decision to establish a military base in Iraq less than five miles from the Iranian border to block the smuggling of Iranian arms to Shia militias.

The neocon link to the ABC News scandal

As predicted yesterday, the scandal over disgraced ex-ABC News consultant Alexis Debat continues to spin out of control, with major implications for the way that Americans have been getting their news about the flashpoints that could determine war or peace in the Persian Gulf and South Asia.

North American Union - A Brave New Orwellian World

For those of you who don't already know about the NAU, here's a little background: The NAU is the initiative of the policy wonks from the Council of Foreign Relations, a stated world government organization, in cahoots with a group of conspirators of bankers, industrialists and other globalists (the Vatican?) with the intention to implement a dystopian world government straight out of "A Brave New World" and "1984".

RFID Keeps Track of Seniors

"Human rights violations include social exclusion policies, blatant racism and racial discrimination, police brutality, unlawful detention, torture and deaths in custody, violence against women and children and indigenous people, who are being treated as second class ... by the Canadian government," Jahromi said.

Flu Shots

Consider what Hugh Fudenburg, (www.nitrf.org/fudenberg.html), the world's leading geneticist with hundreds of original publications, has to say about the flu vaccine: "We have found that clinically normal individuals aged 60-65 who receive influenza vaccine three or four times during a five-year period, will five years later have an incidence of Alzheimer's disease 10-fold greater than age-matched individuals who did not receive it."
