ZDN Exclusive -- RESTORE THE REPUBLIC GETS MAJOR OVERHAUL

Gary Franchi, national director for the Restore The Republic website, or RTR for short, has a lot to be proud of. RTR has been around for some time but has just received a major overhaul that, in this authors opinion, could have a significant impact upon the patriotic community and people that are just plain sick and tired of the this administration and the way things have been run.

RTR was originally founded by Aaron Russo in 2007 before losing his battle with cancer. Aaron was a well known filmmaker, perhaps best known for Trading Places with Eddie Murphy and The Rose with Bette Middler. However the work he was most proud of was America: Freedom To Fascism which he wrote and produced in 2005. Freedom To Fascism, or F2F as i call it, is a documentary about Aaron's personal discovery regarding the federal income tax. It explores how it came about and why and, most importantly, exposes the little known truth about the IRS, the "Federal" Reserve and the men behind the curtain. It contains very powerful information that every American needs to be aware of.

Upon visiting the new and improved Restore The Republic website, it was obvious that nothing was the same. I created an account which gave me access to all kinds of toys, like a personal blog, a video library, documents library, "groups" of like minded people in my state, a forum and much more. Although i never bothered with social networking communities like the freedom infringing MySpace community, i began to see the impact such places can have and that's exactly how i see the new Restore The Republic website. I think its growth potential just shot through the roof and it will be very interesting to watch it evolve.

Although Aaron is no longer with us, it gives me great satisfaction to see his torch being carried on. -- ZDN

WESLEY SNIPES IS ACQUITTED OF TAX FELONIES

Mr. Snipes was found not guilty on two felony charges of fraud and conspiracy. He was also acquitted on three misdemeanor charges of failing to file tax returns or to pay taxes, but was convicted on three others. He faces up to three years in prison.

USA Today, nor any of the main stream media, will not tell you what it doesn't want you to know. Here's 5 quick facts:

1) "Income" is not defined anywhere in the tax code, so it is left for the courts to decide.

2) The supreme court has ruled that income is a profit or gain resulting from CORPORATE activity.

3) The federal income tax is a VOLUNTARY TAX.

4) The supreme court has ruled that the 16th amendment gave the government NO NEW POWERS OF TAXATION. If the IRS didn't have the power before, and they didn't get it, then they don't have it!

5) According to the Grace commission, appointed during the Carter administration, NOT ONE DIME of the monies collected from federal income tax pay for services that Americans expect. It is used to pay the INTEREST that the "Federal" Reserve -- which IS NOT A FEDERAL INSTITUTION, but a private bank -- charges the government for the worthless paper that it produces from thin air. Our forefathers were well aware of what would happen if private bankers were given the power to coin money, which is why that power was given to the government as is clearly established in the Constitution. In 1913 the Federal Reserve Act was born and government, who can print the money interest free, handed that power over to the Fed. Americans were screwed.

Don't believe it? I don't blame you because i wouldn't have either a few years back, but i did my homework and i found out what's going on. I don't give a rats ass how loony this may sound to you, but the simple fact is: THERE IS NO LAW THAT REQUIRES THE AVERAGE WORKING AMERICAN OR RESIDENT ALIEN TO PAY FEDERAL INCOME TAX! Period! I offered several people, including a CPA i used to work with, cash and my car if they could show me the law that requires me to pay an income tax. I'm still driving. -- ZDN
